From Dr Monash: I
will be working mostly in Australia from 12 September 2011 so I am not
available for routine consultation bookings in NZ. I will continue to be
registered in my specialty of Occupational Medicine, in Australia and New
Zealand.
I can undertake
file review work for cases in either country. Return visits to NZ will be
on an ad hoc basis.
